Refund Policy
You agree to pay us the course fee, (including VAT where applicable), if a fee is required for the course. The website and purchase receipt shows the course fee payable by you. If you are not satisfied with the course you must inform us within 14 working days from your first login or purchase, then you will need to provide a valid reason why you should require a refund.
If after 14 days no refund will be granted. You agree that you will lose your right to cancel the course and claim a refund of any course fee you have paid if you have started using the course or part thereof.
