Each candidate is vetted by our experienced staff and this includes ensuring they are suitable for each position available. This involves interactive meetings with all candidates, qualification mapping and vetting to BS 7858 standards.

Our commitment doesn’t end once we have sourced a suitable candidate for your position, as we then have the unique ability to further develop each candidate. This is achieved by identifying further courses that are relevant to their new role, then delivering such courses including security, risk and cyber related qualifications. This level of commitment increases the effectiveness of the candidate within your organization and creates an inclusive working environment for that individual.
